Wood is a natural product. Some variation in color and grain pattern will occur between samples, images on this website, photographs and any specific installation.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

At TinyTIMBERS, we start with hardwood logs responsibly harvested from well managed Indiana forests. 

Selected lumber is kiln dried and conditioned between 6% and 9% moisture content and precision milled to exact tolerances - one order at a time.

Unfinished 3/4” solid wood WIDE
6-7-8" Random Width Tongue and Groove Planks are individually hand selected from boards optimized to accentuate the inherent natural character of the wood, while meeting our exact grade and quality standards.

T&G planks are back relieved and end matched in exceptionally long random lengths up to 10' long, with a 52" minimum length average. You may optionally specify longer, non end matched 4' to 16' untrimmed random lengths (NEM) for no additional cost.

Special recommendations for installing Wide Plank flooring.

Random Width T&G Planks are sorted and stacked in near equal lineal feet of each stated width. A width tally report is provided with each order.

 Individual bundles are hand wrapped 4-6 planks per stretch wrapped bundle, nested and banded to a forklift assessable shipping pallet. Common carrier shipments include custom crating to protect your order during transit.

For flooring, you may choose the Square Edge or Eased Edge profiles. The choice is purely aesthetic and does not affect the wear or function of the floor.

For walls, ceilings, and other applications, we offer  several decorative patterns in which to choose.

Specialty non end matched tongue & groove products from 3/8" to 3-1/2” thick are available in selected species. Please call for pricing, availability and specifications.

Decorative and Specialty T&G product orders under 500 sf are subject to a separate $50 setup fee.

For single or fixed widths: Additional 30% surcharge applies to all species except cypress and any advertised specials noting a fixed width. We apologize but specified lengths are not offered in tongue and groove products.
 

Volume Discounts apply per item on a single order. Please call for discount pricing on orders greater than 3,000 square feet.  Multiple-line discounts based on volume are also available and quoted on an individual basis.
